Our direct sales program works as an all-inclusive package of training, sales support and installation. We provide you with online training. Among others, this consists of a written guide of products and procedures. We then give you the option to access our free online written sales materials, or you can purchase a sales kit.
We provide all the training you need to achieve your sales goals.
After you complete your online training, you will receive a call from one of our sales coordinators. They and our call center personnel will lead you through each step of the process and are available throughout the day to answer questions and provide encouragement. They are then available six days each week to answer your ongoing questions and handle customer support issues.
We pay competitive commission rates for each new DIRECTV subscriber. The pay scale is tiered for each calendar week. Production of 4 or fewer activations pays a commission of $75 for each. And 5 or more activations in a calendar week pays $125 each. Also, put a HD DVR on a new account (ARS), and earn a $50 bonus payment (subject to change), thus bringing the total commission to $175.
At these rates, a sales person who generates just two new DIRECTV residential accounts each day, five days per week, will earn $1,750 cash each week. This translates into annualized take-home pay of $91,000.
